RxHelp360 is for everyone. We at the American Association of Patient Advocates
realize that the biggest barrier to people accessing quality healthcare is the lack of
access to information. Though there are some informational sites out there, most
of them seem to have scattered and sometimes outdated information and are generally uneasy
to use. Though we applaud the efforts of these sites in pioneering the efforts to
raise awareness of Patient Assistance Programs, we feel that more is needed. We
launched RxHelp360.org to be a one stop source for Patients and Advocates to come together
for to find the information, advice and tools necessary to apply and help their patients
apply for free prescription drugs through Patient Assistance Programs.
We invite you to become a contributor to what will be the source of a revolution in Patient
Advocacy in this country. Here are a couple of ways that you can contribute:
- Join and participate in our Free Prescription Discussion Forum: Here
you can meet with other Prescription Advocates across the country to share the latest
information and advice on gaining access to free prescription medication for your patients.
- Write Patient Advocate Program Reviews: Nothing is more helpful
to a patient than the right advocate program. However, there are many out there
that make deceptive claims or do not do a thorough job. It is our goal to provide
our visitors with a thorough evaluation of programs available to them. This way,
patients will receive the care they need from good prescription assistance programs
while avoiding scams.*
- Write PAP Software Reviews: Just as a good Patient Advocate is
invaluable to a Patient in need of Prescription Assistance, the right Patient Assistance
Program Management Software is invaluable to patient advocates in managing free prescription
drug programs. By writing a review of Patient Assistance Program Management Software,
you can help thousands of prescription advocates to make the right decisions on choosing
a program that will save them valuable time, increase efficiency and ensure accuracy.*
- Give us Feedback: Though our research and IT department spend
a lot of time making sure that we have the most up to date information in the country,
sometimes things get by even us. If you notice anything on our site that needs
improvement or updates, please tell us immediately.
- Add to our Database: Have you collected information on programs
that can help the uninsured, advocate organizations, or healthcare organizations such
as free clinics or hospitals? Would this information be useful to patients and/or
advocates visiting our site? By sharing this information with us we can make it
available to the world. If this information is proprietary, you can even give
us restrictions on how we can use it (i.e. in a tool only for patients to search but
not an open database) and we will respect your wishes as long as the information does
not overlap with what we already have or are developing.
- Contribute Ideas for Future Projects: As this site belongs
to everyone, we want your input in how we can make this the best tool possible for helping
patients receive free medications. On top of that, we at the American Association
of Patient Advocates want to create a revolution in the way healthcare is accessed and
make quality healthcare available to all Americans. There is no limit to what
we can do as Patient Advocates if we all work together.
- Volunteer: Do you have skills in research, copywriting, graphic
design or web programming? Do you have particular skills in internet or offline
marketing and wish to help promote rxhelp360? Do you have other ideas of how you
can help us? We welcome volunteers of all kinds.
- Link to rxhelp360.org from your
website. By adding a link rxhelp360 to your site you offer your visitors
easy access to a valuable free prescription resource that they would not have found
otherwise. Also, the rules of the internet dictate that the more links that
you have to your site the higher it will rank in the search engines. So not
only will you help your visitors find help with free medication, but you will be a
part of helping us to rank higher in the search engines, where over 80% of all internet
traffic originates. If you would like a reciprocal link, please email us with
the page that you have linked to us and, upon reviewing your site and confirming its
credibility, we will add you to our resource pages as well.
*Requests for submissions are not an offer
of advertising. We value the quality of information available on rxhelp360.org and will
only accept unbiased submissions. If
you would like your program or software reviewed, please contact us and we will submit
it for an unbiased review.
For Media Representatives:
We welcome all inquiries from the media and hope to build lasting relationships with
you. We will be happy to share information, write informative articles and editorials
for your publication or participate in interviews at your request.
